Definitions for division

310 Definitions for division

In this division—

"amending division" means the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) Act 2017, part 7 , division 6 .

"commencement" means the commencement of the amending division.

"former rail safety provision" means schedule 1 , part 2 , division 3 of this Act as in force before the commencement.
