Requests made to the regulator under s 231
316 Requests made to the regulator under s 231
(1) This section applies to a request made to the regulator under section 231
of the pre-amended Act before the commencement.
(2) Section 231 as in force
on the commencement applies in relation to the request as if it had been made
to the WHS prosecutor.
