YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 1992 - SECT 288

288 Preservation of confidentiality

The person must not—

(a) record or use the information, or intentionally disclose it to anyone, other than under this division; or

(b) recklessly disclose the information to anyone.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty (subject to part 7 )—100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
