YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 1992 - SECT 303
Chief executive must collect and keep information
303 Chief executive must collect and keep information
(1) The chief executive must— (a) collect the information prescribed under a
regulation about children dealt with under this Act; and
(b) keep the
information for the time prescribed under a regulation.
(2) A regulation may
also provide for requirements about giving reports about the information or
publishing the information.
(3) Subsection (2) applies subject to section 301
.
