Application of provisions about boot camp (vehicle offences) order
367 Application of provisions about boot camp (vehicle offences) order
(1) A court may make a boot camp (vehicle offences) order for a recidivist
vehicle offender found guilty of a vehicle offence after the commencement.
(2) Subsection (1) applies even if 1 or both of the following happened before
the commencement— (a) the commission of the vehicle offence;
(b) the start
of the proceeding for the offence.
