Application of particular provisions to sentencing children after commencement
395 Application of particular provisions to sentencing children after
commencement
Sections 226A and 227 and schedule 4, as amended or inserted by the
amending Act, apply in relation to the sentencing of a child after the
commencement whether the offence or conviction happened before or after the
commencement.
