YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 1992 - SECT 91
If the offence is a supreme court offence
91 If the offence is a supreme court offence
If the offence to which the child pleads guilty is a supreme court offence,
the court must order the child to be committed to be sentenced before the
Supreme Court.
