157 Truck lanes

(1) A driver must not drive in a truck lane, unless—

(a) the driver is driving a truck; or

(b) the driver is permitted to drive in the truck lane under section 158 .

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.

(2) A
"truck lane" is a marked lane, or the part of a marked lane—

(a) beginning at a truck lane sign; and

(b) ending at an end truck lane sign.
