206 Time extension for people with disabilities

(1) This section applies to a driver if—

(a) the driver’s vehicle displays a current parking permit for people with disabilities; and

(b) the driver complies with the conditions of use of the permit.

(2) The driver may park continuously on a length of road, or in an area, to which a permissive parking sign applies—

(a) if the time limit on the sign is less than 30 minutes—for 30 minutes; or

(b) if the time limit on the sign is 30 minutes or more—for an unlimited time.
