TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2009 - REG 229
Pedestrians on a road with a road access sign
229 Pedestrians on a road with a road access sign
A pedestrian must not be on a length of road to which a road access sign
applies if information on or with the sign indicates that pedestrians are not
permitted beyond the sign.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
