TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2009 - REG 244
Wheeled recreational devices or wheeled toys being towed etc.
244 Wheeled recreational devices or wheeled toys being towed etc.
(1) A person must not travel in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled
toy that is being towed by a vehicle. Penalty— Maximum penalty—20
penalty units.
(2) A person travelling in or on a wheeled recreational
device or wheeled toy must not hold onto a vehicle while the vehicle is
moving. Penalty— Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(3) A person
travelling in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy must not
travel within 2m of the rear of a moving motor vehicle continuously for more
than 200m. Penalty— Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
