Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsThe driver of a bus or taxi, or the rider of a bicycle, approaching or at B lights showing a yellow B light must stop—
(a) if there is a stop line at or near the B lights and the driver or rider can stop safely before reaching the stop line—as near as practicable to, but before reaching, the stop line; or
(b) if there is no stop line at or near the B lights and the driver or rider can stop safely before reaching the B lights—as near as practicable to, but before reaching, the nearest or only B lights.
Penalty—Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
