300C Limitation on use of wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy

(1) A person must not travel in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy if a propellant is attached to it or the person.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.

(2) In this section—

"propellant" means a machine (other than a lever, wheel and axle, pulley, screw, wedge or inclined plane) capable of propelling a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy.
