43 Making a U-turn at particular crossings

A driver must not make a U-turn at any of the following crossings, with or without traffic lights, unless there is a U-turn permitted sign at the crossing—

(a) a children’s crossing;

(b) a level crossing;

(c) a marked foot crossing;

(d) a pedestrian crossing.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
