69A Two or more drivers facing various signs or lines at an intersection

If 2 or more drivers at an intersection are each facing a stop sign, stop line, give way sign or give way line, each driver must give way to the other or others, as required under division 2 , as if none of the drivers were facing a stop sign, stop line, give way sign or give way line.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
