85 Giving way on a painted island

A driver entering a turning lane from a painted island must give way to any vehicle—

(a) in the turning lane; or

(b) entering the turning lane from the marked lane, or line of traffic, immediately adjacent to the turning lane.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
