TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2009 - REG 96
Keep clear markings
(1) A driver must not stop on an area of a road marked with a
keep clear marking. Penalty— Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2)
In this section—
"keep clear marking" means the words ‘keep clear’ marked across all or
part of a road, with or without continuous lines marked across all or part of
