110 Additional lump sum compensation for gratuitous care (occupational
therapist’s assessment)—Act, ss 193(4) and 224(3)
For sections 193 (4) and 224 (3) of the Act , the prescribed way of assessing
the worker’s level of dependency is the way stated in the modified barthel
index.
