Additional lump sum compensation for gratuitous care—Act, s 193(6)
112 Additional lump sum compensation for gratuitous care—Act, s 193(6)
(1) For section 193 (6) of the Act , the additional lump sum compensation, and
graduated scale, set out in schedule 4 are prescribed.
(2) For section 193
(6) (c) of the Act , the occupational therapist’s report is prescribed.
(3)
In this section—
"occupational therapist’s report" means the report prepared by the
occupational therapist under section 193 (5) of the Act .
