144C Presumption of injury—Act, s 36ED
(1) For section 36ED (1) (a) of the Act , the way prescribed is using the
diagnostic criteria provided under DSM 5 for post-traumatic stress disorder.
(2) In this section—
"DSM 5" means the ‘Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders’,
5th edition, published by the American Psychiatric Association in 2013.
