WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION REGULATION 2014 - REG 42
Reference to arbiter if no agreement on amount
42 Reference to arbiter if no agreement on amount
(1) A relevant party may advise the Regulator that the parties do not agree on
the total liability amount.
(2) If the Regulator is advised under subsection
(1) , the Regulator must refer the summary report to the arbiter to decide the
total liability amount.
