Reference to arbiter if no agreement on amount
52 Reference to arbiter if no agreement on amount
(1) WorkCover or the former self-insurer may advise the Regulator that
WorkCover and the former self-insurer do not agree on the self-insurer’s
liability amount.
(2) If the Regulator is advised under subsection (1) , the
Regulator must refer the summary report to the arbiter to decide the
self-insurer’s liability amount.
