Reference to Regulator’s actuary if no agreement on amount
61 Reference to Regulator’s actuary if no agreement on amount
(1) After receiving a copy of the approved actuary’s report, the Regulator
may ask an actuary (
"Regulator’s actuary" ) to calculate the amount of the self-insurer’s
estimated claims liability and give the Regulator an actuarial report made
under section 58 .
(2) The Regulator must give the Regulator’s actuary the
approved actuary’s report and the self-insurer’s data.
