WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION REGULATION 2014 - REG 80
Reference to arbiter if no agreement on amount
80 Reference to arbiter if no agreement on amount
(1) WorkCover or the finalised non-scheme employer may advise the Regulator
that WorkCover and the finalised non-scheme employer do not agree on the
finalised non-scheme employer’s liability amount.
(2) If the Regulator is
advised under subsection (1) , the Regulator must refer the summary report to
the arbiter to decide the finalised non-scheme employer’s liability amount.
