Who can apply to register a plant design
249 Who can apply to register a plant design
(1) A person conducting a
business or undertaking that designs an item of plant may apply to the
regulator for the registration of the design of that item of plant.
(2) A
person with management or control of an item of plant may apply to the
regulator for the registration of the design of that item of plant.
