WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2011 - REG 315J
Catch platform as control measure
315J Catch platform as control measure
If a catch platform used or to be
used as a control measure is installed, extended or reduced, the principal
contractor must ensure that control measures are used to prevent a component
of the platform falling on persons while the platform is being installed,
extended or reduced. Penalty— Maximum penalty—60 penalty units.
