Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsThe regulator may refuse to issue a general construction induction training card or a replacement general construction induction training card if satisfied that the applicant—
(a) gave information that was false or misleading in a material particular; or
(b) failed to give information that should have been given; or
(c) produced a general construction induction training certification that had been obtained on the basis of the giving of false or misleading information by any person or body.
Note—A decision to refuse to issue or replace a general construction induction training card is a reviewable decision, see section 676 .
