Duty to ensure health monitoring is supervised by registered medical practitioner with relevant experience
408 Duty to ensure health monitoring is supervised by registered medical
practitioner with relevant experience
(1) A person conducting a business or
undertaking must ensure that the health monitoring of a worker mentioned in
this division is carried out by or under the supervision of a registered
medical practitioner with experience in health monitoring. Penalty—
Maximum penalty—60 penalty units.
(2) The person must consult the worker
in relation to the selection of the registered medical practitioner.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—60 penalty units.
