WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2011 - REG 608G

608G Safety case outline must be given

The operator of a major amusement park must give the regulator a safety case outline for the park that complies with section 608H within 6 months after the relevant day for the park.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—36 penalty units.
