608ZZH Operator to return licence document

An operator, on receiving a notice under section 608ZZG , must return the licence document to the regulator as required by the notice.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—12 1 / 2 penalty units; or

(b) for a body corporate—60 penalty units.
