LAND AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2014 No. 29 - SECT 2

The following provisions commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation—

(a) part 3;

(b) part 4, other than sections 22, 76, 79 and 84;

(c) part 8;

(d) sections 125 to 127 and 129.
