SUSTAINABLE PLANNING (HOUSING AFFORDABILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE CHARGES REFORM) AMENDMENT ACT 2011 No. 17 - SECT 38

38 Amendment of s 755K (Funding trunk infrastructure)

(1) Section 755K, heading, after 'infrastructure'—

insert—

'—levying charge before standard charge day'.

(2) Section 755K(1), 'may levy'—

omit, insert—

'may, until the standard charge day for the distributor-retailer, levy'.
