The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Anangu Pitjantjatjara
Yankunytjatjara Land Rights (Suspension of Executive Board) Amendment
Act 2017.
This Act will come into operation immediately after section 13 of the
Anangu
Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Land Rights (Miscellaneous) Amendment
Act 2016
comes into operation.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

of Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara
Land Rights Act 1981
4—Amendment
of section 13O—Minister may suspend Executive Board
Section 13O(1)—delete subsection (1) and substitute:
(1) The Minister
may, for any reason the Minister thinks fit, by notice in the Gazette, suspend
the Executive Board for a period specified in the notice or until further notice
in the Gazette.
