The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Constitution (General Elections) Amendment
Act 2014.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

3—Amendment
of section 28—Term of House of Assembly
(1) Section 28(1)—delete "third Saturday in March" and
substitute:
fourth Saturday in October
(2) Section 28(3)(a)—delete paragraph (a)
