The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Local Government (Fixed Charges) Amendment
Act 2018.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

of section 152—General rates
Section 152(2)(ba)—after subparagraph (iii) insert:
or
(iv) each residence in a retirement village (within the meaning of the
Retirement
Villages Act 1987
);
