The Parliament of South Australia enacts
as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Members of Parliament (Register of
Interests) (Overseas Travel) Amendment Act 2003.
This Act will come into operation on a day to be fixed by
proclamation.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the
amendment of a specified Act amends the Act so specified.
Part 2—Amendment of Members of Parliament (Register of Interests) Act 1983
4—Amendment of section 4—Contents of returns
Section 4(2)—after paragraph (c) insert:
(ca) particulars of all overseas travel undertaken by the Member or a member of the Member's family during the return period that is, or is to be, funded in whole or in part by the State; and
