The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Recreation Grounds (Regulations)
(Penalties) Amendment Act 2010.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

of Recreation Grounds (Regulations)

3—Amendment
of section 3—General regulations relating to recreation
grounds
(1) Section 3(1)(d)—delete "about to enter, entering, being on, or
quitting, any" and substitute:
on, or in the vicinity of, a
(2) Section 3(1)(j)—delete "two hundred dollars" and
substitute:
$5 000
(3) Section 3(1)—after paragraph (j) insert:
(k) prescribing expiation fees (not exceeding $315) for alleged offences
against the regulations.
