The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:

Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

This Act may be cited as the Statute Law Revision Act 2011.

2—Amendment provisions

In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a specified Act amends the Act so specified.

Part 2—Amendment of Criminal Law (Sentencing) Act 1988

3—Amendment of section 70L—Community service orders

Section 70L—after subsection (6) insert:

(6a) A reference in this section (other than in subsection (1)) to a pecuniary sum does not include a reference to a pecuniary sum, or that part of a pecuniary sum, that is comprised of a VIC levy.

Part 3—Amendment of Statutes Amendment (Victims of Crime) Act 2009

4—Repeal of section 14

Section 14—delete the section
