The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Summary Offences (Drug Paraphernalia)
Amendment Act 2012.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

Section 9B(7), definition of
prohibited item—after paragraph (c)
insert:
or
(d) an item of a kind prescribed by regulation for the purposes of this
definition;
