The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Wheat Marketing (Expiry) Amendment
Act 2013.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.
Part 2—Amendment
of Wheat Marketing
Act 1989
After section 11 insert:
12—Expiry of Act
(1) The Governor
may, by proclamation, fix a day on which this Act will expire.
(2) If a proclamation is made under
subsection (1),
this Act expires on the day fixed by the proclamation.
