of this Act must not disclose information relating to an adopted person or the
birth or adoptive parents of an adopted person obtained in the course of those
duties except—
(a) in
the administration of this Act; or
(b) as
authorised or required by law; or
(c) with
the consent of the person to whom the information relates.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
