CRIMINAL LAW CONSOLIDATION ACT 1935 - SECT 178

178—Offence to defile etc human remains

A person who—

            (a)         knowingly destroys, removes, conceals or alters human remains; or

            (b)         knowingly mutilates or defiles human remains; or

            (c)         removes any organ or body part from human remains; or

            (d)         engages in sexual activity with human remains,

is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 15 years.
