South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The Capital City
Committee must ensure that a report is prepared by 31 October in each year on
the operation of the collaborative arrangements established under or pursuant
to this Act during the financial year ending on the preceding 30 June.
(2) The Premier must
ensure that copies of a report prepared under subsection (1) are laid
before both Houses of Parliament within 12 sitting days after the report is
completed.
(3) The Lord Mayor
must ensure that copies of a report prepared under subsection (1) are
presented to the Adelaide City Council within four weeks after the report is
completed.
