58—Removal from and vacancies of office
(1) The Governor may
remove a member of the Board from office on the ground of—
(a)
mental or physical incapacity to carry out satisfactorily the duties of
office; or
(b)
dishonourable conduct; or
(c)
neglect of duty.
(2) The office of a
member of the Board becomes vacant if the member—
(a)
dies; or
(b)
completes a term of office; or
(c)
resigns by giving notice in writing to the Minister; or
(d) is
removed from office by the Governor pursuant to subsection (1).
(3) On the office of a
member of the Board becoming vacant, a person must be appointed to that office
in accordance with this Act.
