(1) Where a document
purports to bear the signature of a member of the Board, it will be presumed
in any proceedings before a court, in the absence of proof to the contrary,
that the document had been duly signed by that member.
(2) An apparently
genuine document purporting to be a record of any determination, decision or
finding of the Board and purporting to be signed by the secretary to the Board
is, in the absence of proof to the contrary, proof that the determination,
decision or finding was made by the Board.
