(1) The CE may make
rules for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The CE may vary or
revoke any rules made under subsection (1).
(3) The Subordinate
Legislation Act 1978 does not apply to rules made under this section.
(4) The Minister must
cause rules made under this section to be published for the benefit of persons
affected by the rules in such manner as the Minister thinks fit and, in giving
effect to this section, must ensure, as far as is reasonably practicable, that
the rules are made known to any prisoner who is illiterate or whose principal
language is not the English language.
