(1) Costs occasioned
by a default or delay by a bank in complying with an order under this Part
(not being an order under section 49(1a)) may be awarded by the judge
against the bank.
(2) Any such order
against a bank may be enforced as if the bank were a party to the proceedings
in aid of which the application is made.
