teaching service
(1) The
Chief Executive may, in accordance with any requirements set out in
administrative guidelines or the regulations, offer special remuneration to
officers of the teaching service for the purposes of attracting and retaining
officers of a high standard (and, for that purpose, may enter into an
arrangement with an officer of the teaching service).
(2) However, nothing
in subsection (1) limits the actions that the Chief Executive may take
for the purpose of attracting or retaining officers of the teaching service,
or for any other purpose.
