26—Governor may place Crown land under control of Trust
(1) If, in the opinion
of the Governor—
(a)
premises on Crown land are of historical significance to the State; or
(b) it
would be otherwise expedient to place Crown land under the care, control and
management of the Trust,
the Governor may place that land under the care, control and management of the
Trust.
(2) Land placed under
the care, control and management of the Trust under this section must be
administered by the Trust in accordance with this Act.
