LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 108

108—Interpretation

In this Subdivision—

"employee" of a council includes a person working for the council on a temporary basis;

"registered industrial association" means an industrial association or organisation registered under a law of the State or of the Commonwealth.
